We are a small community east of the Tujunga Wash, north of the Ventura (101) Freeway, west of the Hollywood (170) Freeway and south of Burbank Boulevard. We are close to everything a family could want (libraries, shopping, parks, schools, churches, restaurants and a theater/arts district). Valley Village is home to 22,000 residents. Quaint, quiet, with tree-lined streets, it is off the beaten paths of our larger, sister communities.
